    About Me: I love to learn, laugh and play with energy. I am a student and a teacher of self awareness.
    Music: I love music and the power it has to envoke old memories and alter out state. I enjoy all genres of music as it is one more way to connect with others. Live concerts and shows are a top favorite of mine!
    Movies: I enjoy movies and still see going to the movies as a treat, just as I did when I was a child.
    TV: I use TV for inspiration and education. I watch the food network and home and garden to stimulate my creative juices!
    Books: I crave knowledge, but equally value the application of what has been learned. I take advantage of audiobooks when I drive so I can be entertained and more wise or intelligent when I get where I am going!
    Likes: Peace and stillness within my spirit. Sharing a good laugh with someone. Seeing the humor in our humanness and seeing myself in those around me. Time spent with family and friends. Making delicious raw dishes. Exercise and body movement.
    Dislikes: When I forget to laugh at myself or when I judge myself. When I forget to see GOD in others. When I use force instead of attraction to create the experience that I am wanting.
    Hobbies: Self care-exercise: hiking, running, kayaking, playing & skipping.
    Learning and sharing.
    Teaching Reiki Jin Kei Do and many other topics.
    Resting and relaxing.
    Bonding with others.
    Vices: decaf coffee is still a little vice, curse words mixed in my speech sometimes and not always when I am mad and the dramas I make up in my head to punish me for not measuring up to my high standards for myself; however this has gotten much better! Almost out of the woods I would say!
    Virtues: See GOD and divinity in EVERYONE.

    Heroes: We are all heroes in our own special way at some point in our lives. The archtype hero for me is the person I become more each day, a magnificent woman of GOD who stands in her power, leads with her heart and lives on purpose; free of fear.
